Meh. I'd rather just take a caffeine pill at 200mg. :D Much, much cheaper, too.

Except for the fact that those things wreak havoc on your stomach....

I haven't really looked but I just assumed it would be cheaper for a 4 pack than buying them individually. Even $2 each though is steep for the amount you get...little pussy cans. ;)

Give me a 20oz Red Bull for $2 and I would be so there...;)

That's why i opt for "Monster" energy drink when i need one. 20oz can (or is it 24oz?) for the same price as a RB.

So, did you need to take out a loan to buy those? Those freakin things are like $10 for 4 in the local grocery store...

Costco sells them by the case for ~ $1.50 each, I believe.

I took a Red Bull to school today in case of emergency. I had my math final between 10:30 and 12:30 ...

I finished at around 12:20 and waited for the bell to ring ... I took my RB from under my desk and put it on top. My teacher, an avid marathoner and long distance and mountain biker saw it and pointed at me and shook his head.

And that's the last memory that he'll have of me in his class. Yep.

Good lord, get some damn sleep, don't go turning to caffiene pills/red bull/etc. etc.. especially given the fact that you're in high school, wow, just wow, gotta love marketing I guess, Red Bull execs are just laughing their way to banks.

And don't give me any of that, "oh I have to stay up late, gotta get good marks, get into a good school crap" no you don't need to stay up late, I was in your position and frankly with plenty of 8+ hours of sleep EACH night, I pulled off 90s and am in one of Canada's best engineering schools.

Maybe the fact that you did well in your school has less to do with sleep and more to do with the fact that you live in Canada, aka "America Jr."

"Can I get some vodka with that Red Bull, eh?"

Canadians...Hahaha...

Don't worry...I once took 4 in less than Half an hour..I had finals and had to stay up. Anyways, I later learned that you are not to drink more than two a day...I dunno..i wouldn't do it if you had a heart condition...

Wal-mart has an energy drink called "Rip It" now that's 16oz for $0.98, and they have a version sweetened with Splenda that really doesn't taste too bad. A bit like Rockstar, and half the price.

I never have understood why people would want to take that much caffeine. Anything more than 1 cup of coffee a day and I feel like crap. Downing 4 of those things in an hour just can't be good for you.

You'll be fine. Totally fine. All the hype around the ill-effects of Red Bull is complete bunk. AFAIK, there is less caffeine in a single can than a cup of coffee, and I know plenty of people who drink three or four cups a morning.

Yes, excessive caffeine can be a cause of kidney stones in some people.

You're complaining about 3? I think I've had about 12 in a 12 hour spawn while working on a setup.

Caffeine does not effect everyone the same, myself included. I get nothing from it.
