Red Blue or Green best for flashlight??

I was just wondering which color would be best for a led flashlight. Wouldn't red be best for not disrupting your nightvision?

i 2nd the WTF? why color is your making a flashlight?... for visibility though, green/red are the best if you HAVE to use a color

I'm just $hitpicking There are some kewl keychain flashlights being sold at frys.. very bright and last quite long. They only come in those 3 colors, i was just wondering about color sensitivity in low light conditions. I figured blue was worst, but didn't know if red was really better then green.

yes red is the best for nightvision, no one else can see it unless they are right up on you
