I guess you do recreational activities at recreation parks.
After all, you call disneyland an amusement park. That's two nouns too. Germanic languages can do this. Except that in German when you do this you don't put spaces between the words. Freizeitpark means free time park and free time is a noun.
Are there going to be recreational vehicles involved? If it's an activity/sports park, I vote 'Recreation Park' to keep the campers and mullet-donning folks from being mistaken.
