Shouldn't start out with "something thinks I'm amazing" though, that's just asking for trub.

Seriously though, you're using a couple of flats there that just don't fit. I think I'm hearing you base off of some 4ths which are clashing with the rhythm.
Here's my advice: If you like jazz, learn the Mixolydian and Dorian scales inside out.
The Mixolydian scale follows the following pattern: WWHWWHW (w= whole tone, h= half tone). Mixolydian mode is actually the same as the Major scale, except you start on the 5th tone. Therefore, you can actually cheat and play in Mixolydian mode by playing a Major scale 5 steps up the neck.
For example, C Major is CDEFGAB, and you can play it at the 8th fret. If you want to get jazzy, move it up to G (14th fret) for Mixolydian mode. This mode is for a toe tapping happy beat.
Dorian mode is a "minor", or sad sounding scale, and follows the pattern WHWWWHW. It's the same as the Major scale, but starting at the second tone. So, if you were playing the C major scale at the 8th fret, move up to D and the 10th fret and you'll be in Dorian mode.
Don't give up- just hit the damn thing harder
Practice this theory for a couple of weeks and let us know how it's working out.

I actually liked some elements of that, however your exaggerated tone/style doesn't match the conservative jazz backing track to my ears.
You might pull it off somewhat better if you connected some of your more crazy lines with some more standard jazz phrasing and forgetting some elements (the dives, ect) altogether for this particular tune.
I've heard a "little" of your stuff before, I'd like to hear something more along your normal genre to be honest.
