recording real player formats???

How can I convert real player format into one that can be put onto a CD-R???

something like musicfile.rm or musicfile.ram. if I could change them to .wav, or .mp3, I'd be OK.

There's a program called TotalRecorder that can record about anything from your sound card.
(i.e. streaming realaudio).
Other than that, http://www.hitsquad.com/smm has a lot of music software if you feel like digging.

There's also a program called streambox vcr that will save streamed files. Then you can convert them to wav. I don't remember where to get this program though... try some searching
