Recording Music off Myspace?

Hey all. There is a local band in CO that has a Myspace page, but have not enabled downloads on their music page. I would like to know if it's possible through software and a simple sound card, to record the music off his myspace page somehow? If this is possible, any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanx!
 
My graphics card has a setting to have the output set as the input, then I can record what I am listening to with sound recorder or something like that.
