Does anyone know how to record embedded windows media content (asf/asx,etc..) ? Programs like ASF recorder and streambox VCR will save streams to hard disk provided the entire and correct URL is entered. However this doesn't work with embedded content. Trying to find out the URL using "View Source" is almost impossible since it seems webmasters cleverly hide their true URL's.
The fact that windows media streams can play means there must be a way to capture these streams, or force it into the temporary internet files folder somehow. However, I'm not clever enough to do that.
Anyone have ideas how to capture these embedded streams?
