Record Scheduler in MMC 7.5?

I installed MMC 7.5 with TV only, but where's the scheduler that use to be available in 7.1? Where I could schedule it to record whenever?

BTW. I recently installed the "Control Panel" and it added the scheduling option, but I can only schedule file playback, not recording, help!.

In TV click setup (or type ctl+S) and the scheduler is on a tab there.

I did that, but when I click to setup a new scheduled task, it only gives me the option to playback a file, not record.
