Reconstructing original matrix?

If I have a matrix of eigenvectors for an originally coupled system of linear differential equations, and I have the eigenvalues, and I also have a solution at some time "t" that was obtained from the original system integrated numerically in its uncoupled form, would I be able to reconstruct the original coefficient matrix? Or do I need more information?
