Anyone have a recommended program to mesure my CPU temps?

I'm using ECS P4M890T-M2 (V1.0B) Socket T (LGA 775) VIA P4M890 for my E6300.

 
The only monitor that I use or would recommend is SpeedFan. It not only monitors the CPU and MB, but also monitors harddrive temps.
 
i could never determine which temps were for the cpu/hdd/anything else..

for that purpose i use: primarily sandra and everest home edition. everest does what speedfan says, although i'm not sure it's entirely accurate, because it reads my CPU temp as 60 at idle and mid-60's to mid-70s during load. when i touch the hsf it isnt hot so i don't know.. sandra seems to be more accurate with a load of 43C.
