Recommended power supply for Athlon XP?

I'm about to upgrade to an Athlon XP 1600 or 1800 and new motherboard as well (converted from Intel). I also have a Geforce 3.

My current case has a 300w power supply and I've had no problems. Will this work for the Athlon, or should I go 400w?

Athlon XP uses less power & I believe ur current 300W PSU should be fine at XP 1600 or 1800. Of course O/Cing is another issue. If O/C, I suggest a 400W PSU.
