recommended enclosures for 3.5" hd & ?s

is firewire performance that much better than the usb 2.0.
i noticed enclosures with the addition of firewire input combo costs anywhere from $20 to double the price of a regular standalone usb2.0 enclosure.
Is is worth getting the extra capability? and is there any reviews or recommendations on enclosures with hd capacity over 200gb.
 
I have a number of these not the cheapest thing you can find, but a nice case, good fan etc. Also have a combo box that i use with my notebook. There may be advantages to firewire but in my daily use I don't see any performance difference. I would recommend you get the 51/4 size, no power block like the 3.5 and better fan (cooling).
