For those not familiar with the Kingwin KT-436WM, anandtech's review can be found here:

AnandTech review of KT-436WM

I have had this case for close to three years now without a problem...then again, my current system doesn't really test the cooling capabilities of this case.

I am about to upgrade my system, most likely with a variation on the following components:

eVGA GEFORCE 7900GT (possibly 2 if budget allows)
ASUS A8N32-SLI (I want to experiment with OCing, and like the ASUS tweaking utilities)
Athlon X2 3800+
2GB OCZ Platinum Dual Channel
WD Caviar SE 250GB
Enermax Liberty 500W
SB XFi
I also intend to salvage 2 50GB Maxtor IDE drives, a DVD-ROM drive and a Plextor DVD-R/RW.

I am really concerned about cooling, especially if I start OCing.

The Kingwin has two 80mm input fans in the front of the case, two 80mm exhaust fans in the rear, and one 80mm mounted on top of the case (I think this one is exhaust as well).

I have always used retail stock CPU heatsinks, but I know many recommend otherwise for the X2s. Similarly, I probably need to replace my 80mm case fans...and perhaps the 7900GT stock fan as well.

What mix of cooling components should I consider for my case...or is the KingWin case outdated such that I need to consider upgrading to a larger case?

The easyest thing to do. Install a 120x25 in the window just below the slots.
Froogle an Enhance ENS-0560G for $110. Modding the front for 2x92s would be a pita.
ThermalRight makes a heat piped NB cooler that can be seen at sidewindercomputers.com
If your going to OC, I would recomend a HS that blows toward the board, like an SI-120
w/50~60cfm fan. If you want a quieter set-up look for cases with 2x120 fans.

Galvanized thanks for the inputs, but you are speaking in tongues.

120x25 window below what slots?

NB = north bridge correct?

Not familiar with HS?

Also, should I look at aftermarket heatsinks for the CPU and GPU? I have done some reading on some aftermarket heatsinks that are socket 939 compatible and 7900GT compatible...they seem quite large.

Froogle an Enhance ENS-0560G for $110.
Wow...most info I have read seems to indicate that 500W is sufficient...I need to jump up to a 600W power supply even if I dont run SLI?
