Recommendations on a good mailing list service?

I want to set up a mailing list for a small school project, ie mails sent to a single address should be spread to all members of the project.
Management should be as easy as possible, it'd be nice if you could manually enter all adresses, because some members of the project might be nearly computer illiterate. =)

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
