Recommendations for socket 478 chips?

What's are the good overclockers for socket 478? Whats the best bang for the buck? Celeron? P4? Northwood or Prescott?

I would say a 30capper 3.0C or else a 3.2E. Usually a 30 capper 3.0C will get you 3.5~3.6 on stock vcore and max around 3.7~3.8 on air. If you can get a 3.2E D0 stepping they seem to hit the 4Ghz range.

My 2.8c from Fry's was with a combo special at $150. It does 3.64, as was made in malaysia.
