i'm a college student who can't sleep for the last three weeks (would sleep at 2am and suddenly wake up at 5am). AFter that, I try going back to sleep to no avail. Even on my b-day when I drank, normally ppl get good sleep. Instead, I slept at 11pm and woke up at 3am! I can't seem to sleep! Its like something (intangible) is on my mind or I am stressing bout something. CAn you guys help me out? I already made appointment with school doctor this friday cuz I have been tired everyday for the last three weeks. Thank-you

Xanex can be nice, gets rid of the stress, sleep like a baby! I tried melatonin, and it didnt do a thing for me.

reduce your caffiene intake,

stop playing computer games til 2 in the morning,

just go to bed at 11 and turn off the lights. You'll feel stupid at first but you will fall asleep sooner than 2 am.

Nyquil works pretty good, but you havce to take much more than they tell you to. Like 2 of those geltabs of nyquil dont do "shit" for me, probly at least 4. I like the liquid the best, seems to work faster too.

By far the best way to get to sleep is to smoke some herb and let it work its magic.
