Recommendations for good place to buy Slot A processor (with a good return policy)!

I was given two FIC slot A MBs (SD11 I believe). But I don't know if they work. One is very hopeful, it looks new, was in the original box, static bag, had the CD, etc. The other one was just in a static bag.

I don't have access to a slot A processor to try them. I'd like to buy a slot A proc but I may have to return it because these boards may not function. I won't be O/Cing it.

Can anyone recommend who/where to buy from that has a great return policy on processors??????

Neither of those places have any Slot A processors!!

I'm going to check pricewatch and see what I can track down.

Anyone else has any recommendations???
 
Not to be holier than thou, but isn't that sorta ripping a company off - buying a chip so you can test your hardware and then returning it because something on your end doesn't work? Doesn't that sorta make the CPU worth a bunch less then? Why not buy a lower end 550 or something off the FS/T forum to test with?
 
Interesting timing Matt....as I thought about this some more, it was bothering me. I was about to start looking to see what's for sale here on this site. I figure if I buy something and the MBs don't work, I can resell it again here or even try on *bay.
