Recommendations for FORTRAN reference

I have to do some work FORTRAN 77 or 90. I know the basics, but don't know all the advanced topics.

The electronic help that came with visual FORTRAN is so-so at best.

I'm overwhelmed by the number references on the web and in bookstores. Do any of you have recommendations for a good reference (website or book)?
