Recommendations for co-op games with girlfriend?

Problem with that is Castle Crashers is one of the only good co-op games on the 360. It's extremely focused on single player and online multiplayer games.

For local multiplayer and co-op, especially if you want games that appeal to women, you can't go wrong with the Wii. That's not to say the Wii only has "girly" games, it's just they're more focused on local multiplayer and have easier learning curves.

My wife and I both enjoyed Marvel Ultimate Alliance on 360 which can be had pretty cheaply at this point.

I do this quite a bit with my girlfriend. For the Xbox 360, you absolutely must get Lara Croft and the Guardian Of Light - it's built exactly for this sort of co-op.

The absolute best girlfriend game of all time is Trauma Center: New Blood. It's on the Wii and is a game where you simultaneously operate on a patient - it's teamwork at its finest.
