Looking for recommendations for a quiet 400W Power Supply.

Antec True 430 or Thermaltake PurePower 480

the quietest of all of course is Ahanix SilenX 400, but it is not as good of a power supply as the others that have been mentioned from what I have read....not 100% sure though.
