Recommendation

I would like a recommendation for a motherboard that can take a AMD Athlon 64 Processor(Socket 939), with Onboard Video,Onboard Audio,for the ATX form factor and that has the Cool'n'Quiet feature.Iam NOT interested in Gaming or Overclocking.

AFAIK the only S939 boards with onboard video are ones made with an ATI chipset.

I have an MSI RS480M2-IL and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it! It fits the bill for what you're looking for to a "t".

But it is micro ATX - so it would fail one of your requisites. And Cool and Quiet feature works on Windows XP, but not on Windows 2000
