Recommendation of a good Cisco book/simulator?

I have fallen behind in my Cisco class, and am not impressed with the content on Cisco's Online Academy. I'm looking for a book to help me catch back up in my CCNA class. I would also like to have a router/switch sim that is fully featured. Any suggestions for either?
