Recommendation? Network Switch

Been many of years since I had to buy a switch for the network. Back in those days I was purchasing 3Com switches, but for a facility that had over 100 devices on the network. This new place I am working at has been using a couple linked LinkSys devices that we are maxing out and having intermittent issues.

Besides re-wiring the whole building correctly, we need to get a new switch. I need a recommendation for approx 15 users. Unfortunately we only have 768k service coming in (not my idea).

Suggestions?
