That's good, Dell wants an extra $150 CDN for another 256 stick, when I can get it elsewhere for about $60 :p.

BTW, how easy it is to install an Intel PRO 2200 wireless b/g card in there? The standard Inspiron 700m has the Intel PRO 2100, and they want another $100 to upgrade to the 2200. I can get the 2200 off ebay for about $30 USD, so I might as well save myself a few bucks. Is there any problem getting it to accept the new card, ie. internal antenae for the 2100 will also work with the 2200?

Unscrew the door on the bottom left to access the mini-pci slot for the wifi card. It shouldn't take more than 1 minute to swap it out and attach the 2 antenna leads. ;)

You can order the Intel PRO 2200 mini-PCI card from Dell for $29. Here
