Recommendation for Sports Card Printing vendors?

Hi there,

The baseball-loving higher-ups in my company have generously sponsored our corporate softball team for four seasons now. I'd love to show a small token of thanks by getting a set of trading cards printed of our team roster for them. My wife and I take about a thousand pictures a game with our modest, but trusty T1i so we THOUGHT the hard part was over. It turns out I'm having a terrible time finding a recommendation for a good vendor that prints decent custom trading cards. Can anyone help us out?

For what it's worth, I've already checked all the vendors suggested in the Digital Photography Resource Thread. The only one that seems to offer sports cards is Mpix. For no particular reason, every one of their baseball/softball cards has a gaudy "The Big Show" headline on top that makes their solution unattractive to me. I found some smaller-looking online shops like customsportscards.com, but I'd sure like to have a personal recommendation before I throw money at an unknown vendor.

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!
