Recommendation for small business phone system

Hello,

I will be travelling to INDIA and would like to take a EPBX/PBX system for my relative who owns a small business (4 telephone lines, 8-10 extensions).

His basic need is that a receptionist can answer all incoming calls and then direct them to the required extension within the office. It would also be used for intercom style calls between two extensions. He would like features such as music on hold and maybe even some voicemail facility when no one is there to answer calls.

I dont think he can use a VOIP technology as the phone lines are not over IP and the internet connections are very slow.

Do you have any suggestions please, or know of any other boards more tailored to this type of question?
