Recommendation for Bulk Email product

Been tasked to find a good solid and easy to use, with templates and most importantly odbc connector for queries. Any of you use any at work with success? Would appreciate some help as I really do not no much about them...other than the inhouse one is not very good.

I've recommended it on the forums before,

I haven't used the ODBC connectivity with any clients, but the functionality is there.
Product is inexpensive and has free trial, give it a shot. It is also dead simple to use.

I like recommending this product because if it ends up not being powerful enough for their needs, they probably need to hire an email marketing consultant anyways, and I roll them off to one of those.

PS It does not come in alternator shape.
