Since the embedded-VGA chipsets from SiS and VIA aren't yet available on actual mainboard product, all you get is onboard sound and an AMR slot for a low cost modem add-on.
Epox is about the only one of the board makers who actually offers an AMR modem to be used with their mainboards, and their 8KTA series also are very fine Athlon/Duron mainboards, and they have onboard sound.
ECS/PCChips have a MicroATX board K7VZM (aka M805LR) that also has an onboard 10/100 LAN chip. Yet this is mATX, and doesn't have too many PCI slots. They seem to have an AMR modem card for it as well, but this isn't confirmed yet.
