recommend upgrade for geforce2MX?

hey guys... i'm considering upgrading my leadtek winfast geforce 2MX to either an radeon or geforce GTS, because i have someone that wants to buy my MX for $100

my question is would you guys recommend upgrading? would i notice a signifcant difference? i dont want to spend a lot of money, willing to spend about 150-170 ( think thats enough for a GTS)

currently i get about 52 fps in Q3A with everything at default, 1024x768 32bit color. If anyone knows what fps would i get with either the radeon or GTS at those settings please post.
 
I've just upgraded my GF2 MX to a GF2 GTS and the difference is very noticeable. The GTS is a much more powerful card and pushes high resolutions much faster than my old MX.
 
yeah man you'll definately see a difference switching to DDR memory...as I say go w/ the GTS (or better) for win2k system or you could get the Radeon 64meg DDR VIVO for other OS's if you find a better price
