Appetizer: Mozzarella Sticks / Fried Wontons

Entree: Meatballs in Tomato sauce + (lot of) Fries + Salad and tomatoes toped with mayonnaise (Ok, veggies are maybe too much healthy here... )

Dessert: 3 scoops ice-cream topped with melted hot chocolate and covered with whipped cream.

Optionnal: Some Pepto-Bismol

..go get yer self a few lb's of Jimmy Dean Bacon..breakfest sausage and a dozen eggs and start cookin. 😀

The Hamburger Horseshoe. (a.k.a Heart Attack on a Plate)

Basically it you have two pieces of texas toast in on a plate laid out side by side. You then place a cooked hamburger on each pice, cover both of them with a gigantic mound of french fries, and ladel a thick cheese sauce over everything (a usually highly guarded recipe anywhere that has a good one) and smother liberally in ketchup.

You have a hard time finding them outside central IL though....

When it's home made taco day around here, it's a mix of fried ground beef, sausage, a bit of diced pork for flavor, all fried up with onions, cilantro, chili powder, salt, pepper, etc.

Then take another frying pan, add about 1/4" vegetable oil, and lay in a fresh, soft corn tortilla. Immediately, put some of the meat down the center, then fold the tortilla over. Let it fry about 30 seconds, then turn over and repeat. (Picture a hard taco shell). Turn again, if need be, until you get the desired doneness on each side.

Make about 6-12 of those, keeping in the oven to keep warm, until ready for use.

Finaly, stuff with grated cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, ect. 🙂

My tacos rival any in town, anyday.

Sunday is coming up, it's my free day.

After 6 days of eating chicken breast/egg beaters/cottage cheese and consuming protein shakes,

I get my free day. anything I want, money is no object. what should I eat?

I'm thinking of starting the day off with a meal at some sort of hangover buffet brunch type place.

For lunch, a black angus burger from Burger king, or a burger from fuddruckers or a place like that

then for dinner, I might engorge myself on something smothered in cheese. maybe a steak.

suggestions?

Why would you waste your week of dieting and go all out this day? I mean, you could eat something that you would enjoy, but not three crazy unhealthy meals. Your whole 6 days of eating sh1t is gonna go to waste.

pasta alla carbonara.

pasta cooked with bacon fat, cheese, eggs and maybe some cream.

damn tasty, but you can feel your heart clog.

eggs benedict: english muffin topped with ham or bacon, a poached egg and, here it comes, a hollandaise (a sauce made from egg yolks and buttah) all over it.

The best tasting most unhealthy meal would be something like:

Truffle Hollandaise Steak Benedict
Sour Cream Rosemary Potatoes
Steamed Green Beans w/ Smoked Bacon and Fried Onions
Warm Butter Brushed Croissants

Dessert: Pecan Creme Brule

That was one of the last meals I had to make for a wedding party of 75 back in my catering days. I was thinking "They'll never survive this!" 😀 Must have used 10 gallons of heavy cream in all that food heheheh. We estimated the fat content somewhere around 150-200g for that meal!

Just because it's your free day, it doesn't mean you should eat like that for all three meals. Think about that for a second...why waste a whole week's worth of hard work? A better idea would be to have a free MEAL. Just a suggestion as I know how hard it is to diet, stick with it, and to get results.

It's not a waste of a week of hard work. I'll show you before/after pics at the end of 3 months as proof.

This isn't a diet, it's the way I'll be eating for the rest of my life. I have been told by the second month I may not want to overindulge as much on the free day, but until then, carpe diem

Here's a suggestion, thread crapper. Stay the f out of my thread unless you have an unhealthy, yet tasty food to contirbute.

Cheers!

speaking of  - I'll probably have a guiness or two at some point!

anyone else have some suggestions?

Big box of donuts (trans fat) and Starbucks non-light Grande size (sugar disaster). Then eat a whole large bag of Nachos and dip them in Ranch dressing or something. And don't forget to eat 10 cholesterol-filled eggs. Instant stroke FTW! Heard of the guy who had 50 eggs and had a stroke right after?

P.S. Don't actually do this. At least have something reasonably remotely healthy and not something the worst possible (why?) Have one donut, a medium pizza, and a medium bag of chips. Trust me, it'll still taste good after all that healthy crap. Weight isn't the only part of the equation; you can still be skinny and have very obstructed arteries (unless you exercise a LOT) so just be careful. My pig-out day is today and the rest of the week I go to school and starve to death, but I like it that way. 😛

You shouldn't be starving yourself, that's not healthy for you.

You need to eat six small, healthy meals a day. If you don't have the time for that, it's time to use supplements.

Using this method, you won't be hungry, and if you are, drink a boatload of water and see if you're still hungry. you should have 10 cups of water/day at least anyway.

Make sure you add some cardio/resistance training to the routine as well.

If you have any more questions about staying healthy, let me know.

By the way, can we please stay on topic? No need to dispense health advice here, as I didn't ask if eating all that junk food is good for me.

only 12 more hours till I engorge myself on a cornocopia of crap

the waiting game is more fun than actually doing, I bet. Even still, I can't wait to wrap my lips around a succulent, tender mexican sausage
