Sunday is coming up, it's my free day.
After 6 days of eating chicken breast/egg beaters/cottage cheese and consuming protein shakes,
I get my free day. anything I want, money is no object. what should I eat?
I'm thinking of starting the day off with a meal at some sort of hangover buffet brunch type place.
For lunch, a black angus burger from Burger king, or a burger from fuddruckers or a place like that
then for dinner, I might engorge myself on something smothered in cheese. maybe a steak.
suggestions?
Please do not give lectures about how this is not healthy. I know all about the health benefits of eating like this. If you are not going to contirbute a tasty, unhealthy food, then don't post at all.
