Recommend steak/sausage/etc brand which I can get online...

I usually just get the generic brand at Safeway, I'm wondering whether any of you more experienced cookers can recommend anything special.

Unless you're looking for Smoked, Marinated, Sausage, or Exotic Meats(Venison, Emu, etc), meat is just meat(assuming same Cut) pretty much. Find yourself a good Butcher Shop if you want good quality or better variety. They're harder to find these days unfortunately.

They actually arent the best meat online, but they are the most well-known and have good customer service.
They are in Xmas mode right now so I would order with expedited shipping if you wanna see it before New Years.

This is true. Anything you order online is going to ship frozen, which is going to affect the quality. A good butcher will do any cut you want, properly aged and never frozen.

My local butcher also does a wide assortment of sausages, cheeses, deli cuts, etc.
