Pulp Fiction
Dazed & Confuzed
Matrix
LOTR:
Snatch
Lock Stock & 2 smokingbarrels
Boondock Saints

Judging by your "currently owned" list, you like titles that feature the "Monroe MindFvck" - I suggest:

Donnie Darko
eXistanZ
Jacob's Ladder

to appease that section of your brain. 😀

- M4H

Pi
Magnolia
Donnie Darko
American Beauty
Boondock Saints
Fight Club
Se7en
Tape

all I can think of that somewhat go with what you listed.

24 owns btw.

Ohh yeah I do have the Matrix, Pi.

I will definetly get:

Seven
American Beauty

thanks for the suggestions, i will look in to some of those flicks.

Excellent suggestions, and Tim Robbins was as good in Jacob's as in Shawshank. And another vote for Fight Club. Unbreakable kind of fits this pattern too, and has a nicely understated performance by Bruce Willis, much more like [ in ] Pulp Fiction than in Die Hard.

Jacobs Ladder
Donnie Darko
Altered States
Pi
Tom Thumb
Delicatessen
City of Lost Children
Wild at Heart
Lost Highway
Rubin and Ed
River's Edge
Henry Fool

Great movie, co-directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet (Amelie, Alien Resurrection and of course Delicatessen). It's kind of a sweeter more whimsical version of Dark City. It's billed as a children's movie but is not at all juvenille.
