Recommend some great cheap restaurants in downtown Toronto

Hi Toronto ATOTers

I'll be staying in downtown Toronto (hopefully near Spadina and Chinatown). I've been to the city a couple times before but I always go to the same places to eat. I wanna hit up some great local restaurants I've missed.

I hear there are some really good all you can eat sushi places in downtown. Can someone give me some names / location of these restaurants?

Any recommendations are welcome! Thanks!

yeah i've explored most of the chinese restaurants in chinatown and near pacific mall but i wanna know if there are any special must eat places you guys know of

I visited a few weeks ago. I never went to any restaurants in downtown though. I am sure they are a ton of Chinese restaurants because there is one huge Chinese population. I have never seen so many in my life.

Note: We have few in San Antonio.

they have the all you can eat sushi. you may want to try it. for chinese restaurants, try Markham or Richmond Hill.

Depends on what you mean by cheap. I know a great one where you can have a large tasty meal for $5, but that's uptown. Chinatown, I suggest just going to one of the many resturants there. it'll run you about 10-12 bucks, but they are quite good. Went to Row San once (close to the LCBO between dundas and college) and it was good.
