Anything by Tchaikovsky, but particularly the 4th symphony, 5th symphony, 6th symphony, 1812 Overture, Cappricio Italien, Swan Lake, Nutcracker, and/or Romeo and Juliet.

Ravel's excellent too. Bolero is good, but Daphnis et Chloe is divine.

Another vote for Holst's The Planets, Vivaldi's The 4 Seasons, Ravel's Bolero, Bach's Cello Suites (Pablo Casals is wonderful), and Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachmusik.

Carl Orff's Carmina Burana
Brahm's Requiem
Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No. 2

Just attended my first classical guitar concert at our school's chapel. Bach's chaconne was in the program:)

If you like classical guitar I'd recommend Manuel Barrueco and John Williams.
