Recommend me software to sync two computers

I'm looking for something that will allow me to easily keep all of my personal files (office documents, photo's etc) synced between two PC's in a way that works similar to iTunes home sharing, where I can see which files I have on one computer but not the other and easily copy them over.

I tried windows sync toy in the past and found it to be a PITA. Free is best, but I'd be willing to pay if there's something out there that will make my life easier

I'd look at something like dropbox. The free version basically gets you 2GB of cloud storage. If you need more space than that it will cost you. It's easy to use and has clients that are compatible with Windows, Macs, iOS, and other smart phones.

Microsoft Richcopy 4.0
Its powerful, GUI is pretty good and gives you way more options than Windows Sync Toy. I am using it to sync my laptop and desktop.... keep moving huge loads of data every week.
