Recommend me cheap usage based Car Insurance

Anyone have that "usage based" car insurance where they put a gps tracker in your car and vary your insurance rates based in how much you drive? Who's got the cheapest rates for that? I wanna insure a limo I am buying. Thanks.

i assume this is a commercial auto policy, right?

last i knew some insurers were doing telematics for truck fleets, but hadn't seen it getting into small business usage yet

You should look for the cheapest rates for high coverage, not necessarily just the cheapest rates.
