Recommend me a spam software for Outlook 2003.

What is a good and user friendly spam software for Outlook 2003 with cache mode on? We tried iHate Spam and it doesn't start scanning until a new email comes in. That kinda suck because, when I open my inbox there are tons of spam and I have to wait until a new email come in to triggers it?

Any suggestion is greatly appreicated.

MS released service packs for Office 2003 just this week. Included was Office 2003 SP1, and some sort of new spam filter.
