I need a new motherboard to replace my (I think) slowly dying Gigabyte P35-DS3L. I would LIKE to get a board that has a couple eSATA ports at least, and overclockable to what I am running now at 3.6.

I don't care it is SLI or not and, I want something GOOD, but inexpensive (between $100 and $150). I also DO NOT want to have to reinstall Windows. Currently running Duo Core e8400 with 4GB PC2-6400.

Any suggestions for me? Thanks.
 
I'd recommend verifying your motherboard is indeed failing before spending the cash.
