Been in pain for the past couple days. I got a large olive sized boil in the "gooch" area, Where the nutsack and asshole meet. Standing or sitting is impossible for more than 10 seconds. The pain makes me want to end it all. Dont think ill make it to class tomm...not like this. FUCK, im about to get shitfaced and lance the fuck out of this boil.

One thing I've learned is that minor surgery might seem like a good idea when you're shitfaced, but when there's blood everywhere and all you want to do is go to bed...well, that's the whole regret part.
 
I would think your chances of infection in that area are pretty damn high, I would see a doctor mucho pronto.

If I had a boil where he does I'd go to my doctor. Trying to jab something right behind your sack with a needle is not my idea of a good time.

I've drained things that needed it before without thinking twice about it, but I wouldn't jab a needle at something I couldn't see.

In that area I would, every time he shits he's going to run a huge risk of infection from fecal matter getting into it. Even going to a doctor I don't know how he's suppose to keep it from getting infected.
