Recommend me a good PSU.

I got a 300w Fortron.
I can't hear it from 10ft away, and closer, the loudest part is the fan clicking.
The Thermaltake ones don't seem bad, but while Thermaltake no longer makes (or modifes) shoddy stuff, I'd rather have a basic black fan and aluminum grill, which none from around $50 up seem to have.
Enermax are excellent, but the few good PSU reviews around have shown them to truly max out at their specified wattages, so a 350w or so one might not be enough for booting with Raptors or several SCSI drives.
