I got the EX51LP as a gift and LOVE the sound. I have to tweak the treble up just a touch, because of my hampered hearing, but otherwise the sound is perfect. I have trouble cramming in the right side, but it's worth it once I do.

I figured, if he could snag the EX71 for less than $25.00, it would be a no-brainer, but they seem to be priced a good bit more than that.

i was thinking something under $50.

i had $500 for food during summer school, and i've already spent 300 on the mp3 player, so its really gotta be as cheap as possible

but i figure something decent is available for under 50 bucks...
