I got the EX51LP as a gift and LOVE the sound. I have to tweak the treble up just a touch, because of my hampered hearing, but otherwise the sound is perfect. I have trouble cramming in the right side, but it's worth it once I do.

I figured, if he could snag the EX71 for less than $25.00, it would be a no-brainer, but they seem to be priced a good bit more than that.

i was thinking something under $50.

i had $500 for food during summer school, and i've already spent 300 on the mp3 player, so its really gotta be as cheap as possible

but i figure something decent is available for under 50 bucks...

so that'll leave you with $150 to use for food for the whole summer?? Hey you might be eating Top Ramen Noodles all the time and won't have any money to go out but at least you'll have your MP3s with good quality.
