I would like to diversify my collection. This is what I've been using lately. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The Joy of Cooking is a classic. I use it most out of my collection.

This one is also a favorite: atlanta cooknotes Never had a bad recipe out of it.

How To Cook Everything is a classic.

It's hard to justify owning cookbooks now that you've got the interweb.

If you want a collection of recipies, then anything that interets you will do.

If you want a a book that will teach you how to cook and explain a lot of stuff to you, with great recipies too...then go for anything by Delia Smith
:)
