NetZero and PeoplePC are two that I can think of. No idea on the quality though.

hahahahha. I think I have about 900 of those cds laying around for coasters. add that up and i will be dead before i could use them all.

i use 550access on a semi regular basis in various cities and always get a decent 56Kbps connection...so yeah their site is slow but their service is alright

poetworld.net is a great isp, been using them for a couple years now. They are 7.95 a month no setup fees or anything. 3 bucks more if you want web accelerator. They've always been great to me, I never have busy signals ever and I only use one number, my connection is pretty good too at 49.2kbps.
