Recommend Car charger for iPhone 4s

I've had this charger for the past couple years

I am now on my 3rd one because the unit craps out every 6-8 months or so. Can someone recommend a descent one that wont cost a fortune.

I had a cheap Radio Shack charger like the one you linked to and it crapped out after a few months as well. Don't need a dedicated charger now though since my car has built-in USB.

A couple USB ports & a couple 12V ports. That way I can charge my phone, my wife's phone, and run the GPS.

What's the difference between using the USB cable or having a built in cable? With a USB cable, you can use it to charge different devices beyond just iDevices. Versatility! Use Cases! Words!!

A USB cable can become disconnected and stuck under a seat while driving. Hey, if it was all built it I'd buy it

I have that one, works fine, doesn't charge nearly as fast as the home charger but it does the job in a pinch.

I would still get a generic USB-type power outlet instead. These tend to have a lot more power. I have a 10W unit, something like this one:

and it charges real fast, and has been rock solid. I don't even bother charning my phone anywhere else, as I get a full charge in the car even on short trips. Here is some from amazon with of of reviews, and high power output.
