Recommend an LCD or LED with excellent vertical tilt options?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for 18-21.5" monitor that has the capability to tilt vertically. Currently I'm using an L-desk, and one half of the L has a raised surface that I would like to set a reasonably lightweight monitor on. Since it is a bit raised I would like a monitor that can tilt down vertically a bit.

I found a Samsung that only weighs 6.6 lbs and can supposedly tilt between 0-20 degrees. But my question is, do you think this is referring to horizontal tilt, or vertical tilt like I'm interested in?

Under the "Details" tab it lists the tilt info.

Any tips or explanations of terminology or recommendations for other monitors are greatly appreciated. The monitor doesn't need to be top of the line, but I do prefer Samsung because I do need respectable color for design purposes and I've always had good luck with Samsung (and terrible luck with cheap, cheap LCDs in office environments). That said, I'm sure countless other brands can provide great color as well 🙂

Thanks!

AFAIK, the tilt referred to is the vertical axis. Horizontal movement is rare - usually on those that can rotate from landscape to portrait. Samsung is good - so is LG. BTW, if the limit is 0-20 degrees, or 0 to anything, a downward tilt would be on the minus side of zero. To me, downward tilt is not indicated.
