Recommend a 'three-in-one' digital camera

Hello everyone,
I am now interested in buying one of those 'three in one' digital cameras (digital cam, web cam, video cam). I know the picture quality on them isn't great, but .....oh well.

I know of two products, one being the  Dlink DSC-350, and the other being the Intel Pocket Cam. Are there any other camera's like these in the $150 area? Which one is the best out of them?

Try Staples B&M, right now , for the Agfa ePhoto CL18. Was $130, now $80 with a $30 rebate.
=$50!! 😀
 
How does the camera you mentinoed compare to the ones I mentioned? The Dlink DSC-350 seems to be better than the Intel cam, so I may go for that one.
