I recently bought an Antec True-Power 2.0 480W psu, But its not cooling as good, CPU and SYS temp has gone up +6C from 40-46C CPU, 30-36SYS. I just searched for PSU and read through most of the threads but I still can't decide. What can I get for $50-90 that can really circulate air.

I don't think the True-Power or Seasonic was made for 'air-flow' purposes...

they were more focuesd on 'noises' i think...

The PSU isn't meant to cool you're case, that?s what case fans are for.

Still the PSU dose have an effect on system temps. One of the biggest factors is the efficiency, the higher the efficiency the less energy is wasted as heat. All things being equal higher efficiency will give you lower system temps.

The Seasonic S12 line is one of the most efficient PSUs you can buy, it also has a large 120mm fan that should provide plenty of cooling.

I have Enermax PSU their PSU actually reduce the temperture inside your case
antec is kind of noisy somehow.

I'd second that. Seasonic makes great PSUs (I have an S12-600).
