I know about avsforums or whatever it is and spent tons of time there. I left that site ten times more confused then when I started. So what do you recomend? This will be mainly used for non-hd tv and video games.
 
InFocus X1 has awesome reviews, but you can only get the X1a now, not as many reviews yet to tell. There is a $50 rebate on it and the X2 until 12/31/04. My dad is buying the X2 tomorrow.
