Recommend a PDF creator please

Can anyone recommend a PDF creator other than Adobe? Something with good features without all the bloat. Thanks!

I just use word or publisher then use PDFcreator Its free and works very well.

Also, within the free OpenOffice you can create a doc and save it as a .pdf ("Export as pdf").

I was wondering about cutePDF. I'll look at that more closely. I think I've used the Nuance product before but I can't recall anything about it.

Thanks for the recommendations, and any more user experiences with these or other PDF creators are very welcome.

Just to share that I was once a user of the GPL Ghostscript http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/. It's worth a try.
